Kevin Campbell, MD
As Co-Founder and CEO of STREAMD, Kevin sets the company vision and is responsible for growth and strategic decision making.
As an orthopedic surgeon who is invigorated by research and innovation, he has published more than 30 peer-reviewed journal articles in the field of orthopedics.
He uses his day-to-day experiences working with orthopedic patients to drive STREAMD's mission and direct the development of its AI, NLU, and automation clinical workflows to solve real-world clinical challenges. Kevin is most passionate about developing simple solutions that can be used by the majority of patients.
Kevin received both his Bachelor's Degree and Medical Degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed a research fellowship at the Steadman Philippon Research Institute in Vail, Colorado. He completed his residency training at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois and his surgical fellowship at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
Christy Dimond
As Co-Founder and head of Business Development, Christy oversees STREAMD’s portfolio of healthcare clients and strategic partners, and is responsible for driving company growth with new revenue-generating initiatives.
As STREAMD's only non-physician founder, Christy largely shaped the voice of STREAMD and continues to represent the ever-important patient perspective. Christy is a former journalist who, in the early stages of the company, wrote the majority of STREAMD’s text messages that have since been clinically validated and delivered to tens of thousands of patients across the country.
Prior to her work at STREAMD, Christy was an early hire at a startup creative agency and helped scale the business while managing a portfolio of clients consisting of major brands in financial services and real estate.
Christy has a background in television news and served as a reporter in several markets around the country. Her work has appeared on NBC News, Fox News, CNN, and various affiliate channels.
A proud "Wisconsin Badger," Christy received her Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Journalism at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Philip Louie, MD
Philip Louie, MD serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of STREAMD. He is also a Spine Surgeon at the Virginia Mason Neuroscience Institute (Virginia Mason Medical Center).
He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Medical Degree (MD) at the University of Washington. He subsequently completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Rush University Medical Center with Midwest Orthopaedics. He is a founding member of the International Spine Research & Innovation Initiative (ISRII), and has authored more than 85 peer-reviewed publications as well as numerous abstracts and book chapters. He regularly presents research at both national and international conferences.
During his residency, he developed a training simulator for fundamental skills in spine surgery and is currently an editor of two spine surgery related textbooks: The Video Atlas of Spine Surgery [Thieme] and The Atlas of Spinal Phenotypes [Elsevier]. Most recently, he completed his spine surgery fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
He has a strong interest in digital patient engagement and has published various write-ups on his clinical experiences in this growing space. You can read his blog series that he developed on digital patient engagement and mobile health (mHealth) at https://mystreamd.com/blog.
He enjoys eating his way around the world, playing and watching various sports (still sore about the Seattle Supersonics), fantasy football, playing the guitar and piano, deep sea fishing, and a good strong cup of coffee!
Alice Louie, CPA
As the Chief Financial Officer of STREAMD, Alice brings more than a decade of financial and operational auditing expertise. In previous roles, Alice's focus was helping healthcare and life sciences companies improve operational efficiency, reduce compliance risk exposure and increase management governance oversight. Her experience includes providing internal audit, enterprise risk management, and compliance services to healthcare organizations including providers, payers, and pharmaceutical life sciences
Alice is a graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of Washington and Illinois. Prior companies include Microsoft Corporation and KPMG LLP.
Frederick White
As the Lead Software Engineer at STREAMD, Frederick oversees all technical aspects of STREAMD. He is an experienced technology consultant and full stack software engineer with a history of working in the computer software and finance industries. Frederick received his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Baylor.
Jonathan Luo
Jonathan is a the Technical Co-Founder of STREAMD. He is a full stack software developer who specializes in iOS and JavaScript applications for mobile and the web. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with degrees in bioengineering and computer science. Jonathan’s interests are in opportunities that can be found at the intersection of technology and healthcare.
Derek Khorsand, MD
Derek is the Chief Strategy Officer of STREAMD. Derek brings a wealth of healthcare knowledge as a practicing Interventional Radiologist. Derek grew up in a small town in southwest Washington and is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine, where he was the top graduate in his class. After a year of training in general surgery, he completed his radiology residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine, where he also completed a fellowship in interventional radiology. Derek has a strong background in basic and clinical research and experience in medical device commercialization.
