Our multilingual digital health assistants support 20 languages, so patients can receive their STREAMD text messages in their preferred language. This is part of our commitment to expand access to high-quality patient education and information.

STREAMD’s text messages are written to be conversational and easy-to-understand, and have been measured to read at a 6th grade level, according to the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level formula. Our trained staff converts existing patient instructions into simple and straightforward text messages so patients get the right information, at the right time, in the clearest way possible.

Digital Patient Coaching

STREAMD converts a physician’s existing surgical instructions into an interactive digital coach that guides patients through the pre- and post-operative experience. Instructions are paired with empathetic and motivational messages from the physician, as well as links to instructional exercise videos for a holistic recovery experience.
